Past Performance: InAJo worked with a client to produce the first-ever strategic guidance and implementation plan for integrating biometrics capabilities across the U.S. Interagency. This cost-neutral plan, which was endorsed by senior leaders across multiple agencies, measurably improved program management, increased national security, and saved lives.
Past Performance: When an Army client suddenly required forward-deployed contractor support on an existing task order, InAJo proposed a cost-effective approach that allowed us to quickly surge support. This approach mitigated risk while still meeting cost, schedule, and performance.

Past Performance: From 2003-2006, InAJo coordinated with the White House, Department of State, and the Joint Staff to form a holistic Strategic Communication Strategy across the interagency that addressed how our nation engaged national and worldwide audiences in the GWOT. This campaign developed national-level strategic communication messages, synchronized talking points for senior political leaders, and guided our national policy. The outcome of this communication strategy helped the country of Afghanistan begin creation of its Ring Road and reduced opium production in 2005.

I have learned, throughout my 21+ years of experience as a senior Army officer, government civilian, and contract Program Manager, that focusing on the human dimension, building long-term partnerships, and never accepting that something is "impossible" are essential business values. When I first founded InAJo, LLC in 2016, it was as a vehicle to enable and support our Associates to achieve great things. As an Army Colonel and government civilian, Avi led organizations at tactical, operational, and strategic levels. As a contractor, he supported military and non-military organizations meet their objectives while functioning as a Project and Program Manager for both medium and large-sized companies. Avi holds a BS in Computer Science from West Point, a MS in Information Systems Technology from George Washington University, and a Masters of Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College.
